Hiya just seen this.Thank you, What fun we all had and I think all us newbies are improving in leaps and bounds. I can only speak for myself here but I look forward to the class every week.

You are all such great people and for me I just speak for myself. All in the group radiate love laughter and happiness. Something that is very rare and it is also very moving to see.

shoogaroo I was going to keep them all guessing Great fun and great team. What more can be said. And every month they have a social evening and as you can see it was last night Food was good and the company fantastic. I am a Soul lover myself and never thought I could take all this CowGirl lark, but hand on my heart, you could not find such fun and laughter anywhere else. My guess is your all welcome to join in the social fun too just to watch is enjoyable.......

Anyone wishing to pop along and give it a try are more than welcome next Tuesday. I started with two other girls and we had no idea ! and three left feet between us We just kept going back each week for the fun.

If your thinking about it as I know a few who have asked me about it come along and I bet like us you will look forward to it every week. I have never had such fun in an exercise class before and its not just country music we dance to either I never knew you could country dance to classical music

Yes tio everything everyone said in the above Messages, but wed has changed. Team Practice 9.30am to 10.30am Class New start 11am to 1pm this is now every Wednnesday started this week 16th Feb
