Pine Bay and the kleftiko

We went to the Pine Bay this evening and had the kleftiko they had a thread about. It was delicious and the best kleftiko I have had in a long. The price of 15tl was very good as was the service and the wine at 2 tl a glass was equally acceptable.

Wow that is good value together with the wine! Is this on going or do you have to book? Never saw the thread unfortunately.

I believe that is the usual cost of wine but the klftiko was a special but I am sure it will be repeated as they were very busy.

We went for the kleftiko yesterday afternoon and I agree it was excellent. I usually avoid it because I have had plenty of bad experiences but it was juicy and melt in the mouth and the accompanying potatoes, rice, salad, yoghurt and bread made it a huge and incredibly good value meal.

Hopefully Huseyin will post on here to let us know when he will be serving kleftiko again.

Pine Bay Club is in Alsancak very close to Karaoglanoglu. If coming from Kyrenia it is just past the Stone Grill restaurant and the Alsancak Belediye information sign that goes over the road. It is on the right hand side.
