There is the Kibris Sanat run by Turgay Hilmi, the French Horn Player. It is situated in Kyrenia with another one in Lapta.



The main one, whose phone number I cnanot find, is situated near the back of Pia Bella Hotel. There is a cafe on the corner called (I believe) the Blue Rose and the Kibris Sanat is situated on the road about 50 yARDS up on the left.



The lady in Blue Rose knows it well.



They do private lessons in music and dance.



And there is a Syhmphony Orchestra in Lefkosia, but I guess it depends on what music you want.

If you have Turkish army contacts, cheap off-duty tuition in almost any instrument by qualified bandsmen and access to their social scene takes some beating.
