urgently looking for land right by the sea. needs to be on the sea front . between lapta and çatalköy up to 2 donums.

there is approx 5 donums located 100 mtrs or so from the sea, part of the land is directly on the sea front. The land is in Karaoglanoglu.

Hi Myra,

When you say "on the sea front" do you mean North of the coast road?

We have a 2.25 donum plot for sale. It's pre'74 British Title (absolutely safe) with planning permission in place for a 4 bed villa, pool and garage. It is just a few hundred yards up the hillside on the mountain side of the road. It's on the eastern end of the Catalkoy municipality. Nevertheless close to the sea and fantastic panoramic views.
