Hi Maggamoni, What's your budget? We have a 2.25 donum plot for sale. It's pre'74 British Title land near the sea. It's just off the coast road on the eastern end of the Catalkoy Municipality. Absolutely safe title. Newfie.

Hi Yenibob, I would be interested to hear how many people you know who have bought pre'74 British title land and not been able to get their PTP? Thanks.

More interesting is the question: how much British Title property is owned by TC's, or Turks?

Hi Reynti We're asking £165,000 a bit less if no agents involved. It works out at £73,000 per donum, but that includes our costs in getting and keeping the building permission current as well as the architect's fees for the design. It's all ready to go with water and electricity only a few metres away and a tarmac road leading to the site. If you would like pictures we can send them. We have the Kocan of course. Newfie

Why does yenibob need to find out when Mr. Rauf Denktas and Mr Ali Mehmet Talat are advising foreigners to got to the European Cour of Human Rights because foreirners are being denied Permission to Purchase. Front page news for all to see. newfie. There are people (foreigners}who have their Kocans on pre 74 title land but the law has changed and now they have a reduced market i.e. T.C's only if they want to sell.
