Looking for cleaning and laundry services pre/post let at our newly let apartment at Deniz Sihir, Esentepe. Need costings but current offerings take up 60% of potential weekly letting! Any ideas?

Unfortunately this is the reality of letting in the TRNC, by the time you have paid your utility bills, service charges laundry & cleaning bills and not forgetting rental taxes, there is nothing left. Last year we were actually out of pocket and if we had not retired this year we decided it just wasn't worth doing. Sorry to sound pessimistic but the rents you can achieve in and around Esentepe make it difficult to break even let a lone make a profit.
