Requirements as follows :

Bachelors Degree in Business management or similar

Minimum 3 years Experience in restuarant management

Fluent in Turkish & English

This burger bar is part of an international corporate franchise of 400 full service restuarants worldwide , Johnny Rockets is a 500 Million dollar company and its restuarants are structured & functioning according to corporate rules & parameters , just as Mcdonalds , Pizza hut etc are , so if you consider the likes of mc donalds etc also of being just another 'burger bar' then i have no response for you , otherwise i think your having a laugh if you think a half a billion dollar company is just a 'burger bar ' !!!

thats not relevent , i just wanted to demonstrate that its not just ' some burger bar ' , we have operational protocols that have to be implemented so therefore the right candidate should have the relevent qualifications , thats all
