Help needed please, I'm getting angry

I have a problem with Didgiturk TV. I cannot get any channels except Digi 1. I have tried the up and down button on the remote, and various other buttons. Whether I'm getting them in the right sequence I do not know, I've reached the angry stage! Please can anyone help? If you have a 5 year old that is doing nothing at the moment maybe he or she could advise me!!

Hi, have you tried to do an Easy Installation to re-programme the channels, it may solve the problem.

Press Options on the remote, select Menu with the OK button, Select Installation then Easy Installation.

Programme will then search for all channels, if found, press Back and you should then have all channels

reinstalled. Hope it works for you.

Thankyou Crusty for your advice, although it hasn't worked. This happened a while ago, and I had to get advice from Digiturk, they managed to rectify the problem from their end within half an hour. Will get on to them tomorrow. Thanks again.

Try full power down, remove the card. clean it with a soft dry cloth. Switch power on and insert card. Then do the install again.

Hi louthlass. One last shot at it. I take it from reading your post, it is frozen on 1 and you can`t get any other channels? I had the same problem and a kind person on here pointed out to me the three buttons at the top of your remote, one line below the digiactif and the red button. First one is marked `Sat` the middle one has an emblem on it and the third one is marked `tv` I can`t remember which one did it but it worked for me. Worth a try. x

Whistler and DD, thankyou so much for your help. I actually sat down first thing this morning whilst my mind was still clear and sorted it by reinstalling. It's just as well, as my better half tried numerous times to raise Dodgyturk, but no response. Maybe they have gone on holiday!!!!
