Eddie Msg 4 - I have asked our specialist supplier on ecologically sound water softening and filtration and the comments I have got back about the arguments for "ionized water" were not very in favour. I will copy them in below. BUT some of their products would give you the same if not greater benefits should you want them. All to be found at http://www.softcleanwater.co.uk From Nick at EcoPure "Those ceramics are exactly what we do .. so whilst our inline filter ups the Ph considerably - as does our remineralising filter - we don’t believe in purely ionising the water. Our manufacturer is linked to Biocera so the ceramics within that jug, are the exact same as what we have but there are a number of different type of ceramics we use different ones to what they have in that jug but we do add potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron too. So we can get your customer a similar unit - but one that filters as well as remineralises. Will be far m...... see msg 6

Msg 5 cont - ....ar more affordable than the jug and healthier ultimately. Our ECO10 will probably perform in exactly the same way as the jug but for between 2 - 3 years hence the price tag. Tom look at http://www.chem1.com/CQ/ionbunk.html This has some interesting info on the lack of benefits of ionised water. I am sure that there may be marginal health benefits to drinking ionised water but hardly worth just drinking high Ph water. Now water which is filtered of impurities and has a higher Ph value - that seems a healthier and cleverer option Toms additional thought: As far as I can see it the wrong term is being used as to Ionize is - To separate into ions: said of the solvent in which an electrolyte is dissolved. We could carry on but I will cease and desist. Eddie - Hopefully you will find the product that matches your need.

Hello Tom, Thanks very much to you, and also to Nick, for taking the time to give such a detailed response. I'll have a good look at both websites. Thanks again, Eddie
