Setting up a North Cyprus Residents Association

Hi all,



A few of us owners on a off plan development in NC are trying to set up a residents association for and on behalf of the owners, residents and devlopment!!



Any advice or guidance as to how to statr setting it up would be appreciated??



For example- any legal issues, regulations we need to consider in NC for doing this?

Also do we need to register the RA officially in NC and what is the procedure for doing this properly??



ANY ADVICE OR INFO BIG OR SMALL WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!

The one piece of advice that i offer is to get to know and support your local Muhtar(Mayor), He can be of great help.
