Thank you Christine for providing a route for healthcare facilities for ladies.

Can you as a professional facilitate a similar scheme for the girls, in the brothels, and their dependents, that may have similar health issues and needs.

As far as Im aware they have to undergo Health checks. This is a serious subject and Nurseawful works tirelessly to ensure we get these checks.

Hi Julie,

Nice to know someone is concerned about these girls. As far as I am aware they are checked regularly for STD's

as to the other checks they are more than welcome to join the Womens Health week. The problem is that I am not sure how they would find out about it other than in the local English and Turkish language newspapers.

The other thing is a lot of these girls are out and about and not kept prisoner as seems to be the local myth. I could I suppose approach the nightclubs themselves but not sure the owners would be too pleased at the mad Scottish nurse turning up on their doorstep and I am sure my husband would't be too chuffed at me going there either!

Not sure who Dot Maddin is but at this moment in time, I really am too busy to take on something else. Who knows maybe in the future and if I win the lottery!
