I've found Ziggy to be excellent but the mechanic at Green Garage is also good.

Try Tiga Motors they are good & will also loan you a car while yours is being seen to .

One on the little road past Nosheens if you ae west and in Alsancak - also Ali's in the middle of the village, near the mosque. He's been doing ours since we moved which reminds me, its time for another service!!.
