I sent a registered letter to Kib-Tek Girne Branch on 22nd November 2010 and it was returned to me on 7th March 2011 because "it was not collected".



Normally if the postman does not find anybody at the address to give the registered letter against a signature they will leave a notice for it to be collected. I suspect their excuse will be "we left a notice in their P.O.B. and it was never collected". Not good enough for me. Let us see what they will say.

msg 8 in below topic (second line) is what I beleive we need,rather then privitising singly/seperatly.
