Hi Everybody,



New to the forum although i joined ages ago, felt it wasn't a nice time to post anything with all the rubbishing going on. But it seems to have quietened down now.

What i need is directions to the Tectan shop in Girne. I will be coming from Bahcelli, so if anybody can give me directions from that end i would appreciate it

Once in town, drive past Pia Bella until you get to the roundabout near the Colony, take the turning into the high street (for want of a better name) It's just past the bottom of the dip, third or fourth road on left (from the top), just before the Socrates Hotel (though that may have changed name recently).

This is the easiest way to find the shop first time.

You've also got the main shop or Trade counter, up the side of the Socrates Hotel, at the Kombos Roundabout(Nr Colony)turn left, take 2nd turning on right, past the schools and 2nd right again and the trade counter is on the right(parking alot easier too).

Drive down the "High Street" from the big TV screen and take the 2nd on the left, go passed the 1001 shop, then 1st right by the military market and then right again going back towards the High Street. (Its a one way system.) You'll see the Tectan shop on the right with a forecourt you can pull up on.

they sell electrical products, but the reason why arry is going there is becuase he is buying a sat system!!!

phyl - Have you got tektan in TBV - I was under the impression we HAD to have digiturk?? I will go for Tektan if we can. Thanks for the advice.

tektan is not a service or satelitte its a shop that sells the system you need then i wok my magic to open loads of channels for you

i presume you have got two dishes, its all about the sat box if you want to open the channels that i am talking about you will need to purchase a next ye2000 superplus fta or cx model, then after you have had that installed i wil work my magic
