| Please advise me. I think my virus killer expired. I thought I was still protected by free AVG. Am using afriend's PC at the moment. Anyway, I cannot open the internet now as it is telling me that my KKTell is infected. I need to take my little netbook somewhere to have it sorted (very portable) and a new virus killer added. Any suggestions? I am in Girne, but don't mind going further if necessary.

| Thanks for that, stilluvithere. I am in walking distance of the Bellapais traffic lights. Will hotfoot it there now. The thought of being without the internet for 16 days before I return to the UK was throwing me into a state of panic! |

| I didn't manage to find Laconics. I had set of before I got the second message about Laconics. I obviously did not go far enough along towards the Lefkosa roundabout. Then I thought maybe you meant turn right at the lights, so I ended up near the back of the Karakum Lemar. I popped in for advice and was directed over the road to Techmar. A very pleasant young man sorted out my problem for a nominal charge and I am delighted to be back online again. I would highly recommend Techmar to any of you who have computer problems. |
