What documents do the existing owner and the new owner require to change ownership of an existing North Cyprus registered car.

A stamped form from your local Muhtar then the log book and your passport when you go to Lefkosia office to change it over.

Don't for get your passport , !0 one lira stamps and finnaly approx 150 lira for the privlage.
