Unfurnished because after 4 lets I have been ripped off, each time, for furniture, bedding, cutlery, plates pans, hoover, gas bottle, net curtains, etc by main landers who have done a runner, leaving owing rent and/or electricity.

(Main Landers need not apply!)



Rent 300 TL per month (in advance) + electric. Payable at the end of each months stay.) (Metered)

£100 deposit, now a must ! (re-payable on vacation if left as found.)

Use of pool

Suit single or couple.

Alsancak on main road, near the end of new bypass.
