Please can anyon explain about car insurance for north and south.

I am aware that people work in the South, so if they drive to work they must have insurance cover for both north and south?

I would imagine they buy monthly or annual insurance from one of the booths at the crossing. You have to have 2 serparate policies, not one for both sides as far as I am aware.
