we have a 2 bedroom apartment south facing beautiful mountain views.

there is a roof terrace with stone dining table and pergola.

all white goods and a/c units are new.

the apartment is otherwise unfurnished.

mains electric has normal tarif not builders electric and also mains water connected.

maintenance of the pool and site will be paid by owner.

£300 a month we are looking for and the apartment will be ready approx 1 month,12 month tenancy agreement minimum.
