I am contemplating starting making my own salami. To do so safely it has to be done at the right temperature and humidity. The best way to do this is use a fridge with an external on/off switch to regulate the temp and humidity.



If someone can make a good offer on a fridge I might be interested.



I'm still looking into all so no guarantee to buy at this stage.
