hello everyone, i am starting another cookery course this saturday as promise, i kept the same price so many of you can enjoy learning how to cook without breaking the bank. the course last 4 hours, is once a week for 6 weeks, i will teach from the basic sauces, how to make bread, fresh pasta, pizza, risotti, how to reconize a good meat how to cook it, wellington, rossini, souffles and many more dishes. It is a masterclass but everything we cook we will sample it with same good wine, and i will explain wich wine go with each dish. the cost still £40 per lesson. All you need to do is bring a notepad. The course will start at 14.00 every saturday from 19.03.2011 for the next 6 weeks. I already have few customers, but i can take another 2/3. So, if are looking for few hour of fun and the chance to learn how to cook call me 0533 8730156 or 0533 8336911. guido then again what do i know

Is that £40 per lesson as in 6 x £40 or £240 for the 6 week course or £40 for the entire course?

GinaC,I wouldnt think it would be £40 for the entire course.....the lesson is 4 hours long for six weeks which equals 24 hours which includes ingredients and wine samples.....so £40 for all that would be ridiculous......it will be £40 per lesson which in anyones book is still great value for money....

Lilli - Full yet? Pity I can't be there it should be fun even if the Master Chef might be driven to despair by his students!

This sounds absolutely brilliant and would love to participate on a future course. I'll also bring my partner too so there will be no excuse for him not to cook!
