A few years ago I helped my sister buy an apartment unit from them in Famagusta. They gave the keys straight away and promised to give title deeds in two months. One week to go they phoned me about the deeds and had them transferred next day. They kept their promises fully and attended promptly to a few snagging problems that arose.



Recently I decided to help my son buy a villa in Famagusta region and obviously they were my first choice. We found a nice site in Bogaz, very near Safa Koy but all the units were sold. They promised to build one for us and hand over the keys within twelve months. Agreements signed on Tuesday and title deeds to the plot transferred on Thursday, all done efficiently. All I had to do was to transfer the necessarry sums from my bank account to theirs via internet and they did the rest. They agreed to a late penalty clause payable monthly with no qualms because they are confident. Need I say any more?

i own a Dovec brothers property, it was apparently built 15 years ago or so... No problems with it whatsoever, no damp (which seems to be endemic in newer builds in this country) or any other problems.. Although i bough my apartment from a private individual and didnt actually deal with Dovec Brothers i would recommend them due to excellent build quality.

This is the type of villa we opted for and they gave me the plans in 1/50 scale so that my daughter and her team who are top interior designers can plan the changes right from the start.



Pipes for central heating are put in place just in case as part of the standard package



I got a "C44 Most Helpful Member" discount from the constructor but I am not saying how much. It is part of the agreement

Rigsby, I got the money to pay the fines, so what I need is a young blonde driver to drive me around when my license is confiscated :(
