I sent him 11 letters all by registered post (recorded) he never answered once even though the Constitution

requires him to.

Mjust agree that letters to the gov rarely get answered. Why not appeal to Denktash to point you in the right direction. The queues outside his door are a clear indication that people are getting desperate, and our founder President does all he can to help.

Maybe that owuld be a betterport of call, rather than time and energy misspent.

One of the very frustrating things of living here is that no one seems to think there is any reason to reply to letters, e mails, sms, or even return telephone calls. It is almost as if they wish you would go away and the only way to achieve it is their silence. And I am talking of every walk of life, nbot just government.
