If there is anyone that has a 3/4 bedroom villa in Alsancak with a pool for rent long term can they please contact me urgently. I have fantastic tenants that have to move from their current rental property due to the owners change in circumstances and I need to rehome them! They will look after the pool themselves and are spotlessly clean and pay all bills on time (no pets or children), dream tenants definitely. My new company is moving us out to North Cyprus and therefore I am flying out on 26th April to view properties and decide and move in ASAP in order to give the relocation company an address to ship our belongings from Prague.

butterfly1 do you let people know if these properties are on builders electric ? As we have a friend looking for a place but has been put off in the past paying out way,way too much on the electric bills.



I do think this is important more so now the summer months are here and needing to use the air con units !

Spider I have never come across or rented a property on builders electric and certainly would not recomend it to any of my customers.
