This subject has always been a bit of a joke, but today in the Kibris paper they even gave the date of completion June 14 2009.

Can some one have a read and tell us if I read it right, its in Turkish.

There is a response from this on villa owners from Elko.



The actual report states the survey info will be finished by that date. The target is still 2012 for completion of work on pipeline.
