Air con to all rooms

Fireplace

Central Heating

Well equipped kitchen

Good size bedrooms - would prefer 4 bedrooms but would consider 3 bedrooms

2 en-suites

Family Bathroom

Garden and pool to be maintained by owner

Furnished and unfurnished considered
