Appartment can turn into nightmares I have a friend who bought 7 years ago the monthly fee with only 30 pounds he walked away from it two years ago when the monthly fees went up to over 400 pounds monthly he was unable to sell to anyone due to the high monthly fees. . . . I think you need to buy a small pre-owened house with deed! . . You should be able to do so for around 60K |
