In general, How does the property market in Northern Cyrus compare to the UK? Is land cheaper/more expensive in North Cyprus per unit^2? For a set amount can you get more for your buck in Cyprus compared to most regions in the UK? Thank you. Any knowledge will be most appreciated. All the best.

Middle Easter, .....completed properties with deeds are few and far between! and if those deeds are ready without further payment is open to scrutiny thats fine! scaring everyone off may not be a solution for you.... but if it protects just one future victim, thats fine by me!

message 9 shared housing scheme or auction guide prices . went to the property auction last week . guide prices are to lure you in ,last week there was lots didnt sell as owners had reserve prices that represented prices 3years ago . shared schemes are ok to get you on some form of property ladder ,you dont own all the title and conditions may be 25% ownership and smaller rent monthly etc . plus Rochdale may be like living in Pakistan ....in fact it is like living in Pakistan kav

MiddleEaster, buying a finished property with deeds is SAFER than buying unfinished, unparcellised, properties but unless deeds are transferred at the time of payment, as they are in the UK, then buying here is massively worse than there. This practice is severely depressing property prices and depressing the construction industry here.
