Can somebody please tell me where INCIRLI beach is where The Lapta Municpality are holding their dog echinococus survellance during April. Living in Lapta near the sea the above location would seem to be the nearest. Is it the section of beach just east of Silver Rocks?

It is the section of beach just next to Rosy's place in Lapta (near/opposite the LA Hotel).

Yes it is the section of beach just east of Silver Rocks. They normal set up shop under a tree
