I have a new one bedroom apartment at Sweetwater Bay, back 56 sq m apartment, fully furnished, a/c, white goods, lovely facilities (beach, gym, pools, sauna, onsite management etc.) worth around £39k - including furniture. Perfect for holidays, renting, retirement. WANT TO SWOP for EITHER Girne apartment of similar value OR older house property (renovation project or land) - any area considered. Angela 0533 869 4250

if its so great at sweetwater why sell ??or are you still subsidising a resident who wont pay his fees...not a sellers market at the moment so may be difficult as good deals are available if you have the cash

Zhivago, I actually like Sweetwater very much (it won the Platinum NCP Award for best development last year) but I am working and living near Guzelyurt and it is just too far for me to get to much. NO, my site fees are up to date and I am not subsidising anyone! This is a genuine offer and some people are asking a lot more for selling Sweetwater flats, an agent has viewed it today and says the price is good. I thought a swop might get more rapid enquiries than selling, and as I want to buy something else when I sell it, thought it might save buy/sell costs. Any other ideas?

Is this not you? "I live at pre-74 Aphrodite Beachfront working for Evergreen who built it + can give a lot of answers to your queries. 1st, there has been 75% capital growth from off plan to completed stage one, av 25% p.a I can provide figures to support this. It will not continue at this level but 10% p.a + at least 5% rental, since there is now the new Florida Style Theme Park (Wonderland) coming nearby within 2-3 years, as well as the Eco Hotel and prob upgraded golf course as well as new Free Port nr Lefke University. 2nd, with the recent legislation, as soon as the contract of sale is reg at the Land Reg you CANNOT lose your property, this protects you + there can be no claims on pre-74 . Yes there is a TEMP block on issuing Permission 2 Purchase or P2P to foreign individuals but anyone wanting title deeds soon can use the Trust or Company method, or else wait for it to be resolved. Any queries I can answer here or angela@evergreendevelopments.com. "

Apartment is the zone 2 apartment type on the Island Homes advert, yes Phil Bailey, altho those are 2007 off plan prices. And yes Groucho (alias "the detective"? ) that was an old post of mine on a different thread. I live and work for Evergreen and personally bought at Sweetwater Bay prior to my work with Evergreen. Is that relevant to this thread tho? Thanks for your interest. Please do let me know if I can help further!

Altho = Although Tho = Though Sorry, thought these were fairly standard! Do let me know if I can help further. Thanks for offer of SHED, Dixie, but would hate to deprive you of the rental income. Seriously, this is a genuine property exchange offer.
