we have been advised to go to the muktar as our niebour nice black bloke called paul west has left and the tenants has not fed his douberman this now is in such a state i think it will die these people and there fation excesorires it is so depresing we are trying to fed it over the the fence but now think it is to far gone got some pics you wont believe this is an english man please help as i dont think it will last till monday always remeber paul west i will

well done the car bit and they have advised me to go to the muktar as they cant go on his property and yes it is that black guy who seems so good i would like to do some boot he has vanished some people might know i dont but i think the dog has sat 5 days i am feeding it at the moment over the fence if you want to see pics email me and i will send them it is discusting and very upsetting to see what this man has done to this animamal lets hope he gets the same

i have got in contact with paul he is in the states we are feeding it and watering it at the moment i have asked him if i can go and take the dog away and off to the vets he said it has an illnes yes i would think so it never went out of his back garden for a yr or more it is looking a bit better and now at least can hold his head up and stand i have given him today to reply as time change if not i am going to the muktar tomorrow will and the tenants did put some bread out this morning see what happens

yes we have woke them up and now the tenants are feeding it and it is looking in much better health i am watching and it is getting company to probly a lot more then it got off its owner and also there is no more sounds of it getting beaten if i think it is in danger again i will be up the muktars thanks for your intrest kirk
