Dear All

This coming Friday, 1st April at 11.00am, we have arranged for David Brown, Treasurer of the BRS, to attend a ' QUESTION and ANSWER' session at the Hilltop Restaurant on Safa Koye,BOGAZ

This session is being put on by the BRS but members and NON members alike will be made most welcome, as the subjects concern ALL.

David is jointly involved with Michael Hedge in looking at the Kocan issue with the BRS and he will be able to update you on where the BRS have got in relation to dealing with the problem as well as being very keen to hear your views and concerns on this and other subjects.

We very much appreciate the concern of many BRS members, that we in the Karpas seem to be left out of the Information Loop and we would like to get these information sessions to become a monthly event.

Your interest and attendance at this session would give us an insight in to the worthiness of these sessions

Nick Msg 2 - Now wanting to put down your title of negative.

Not my concern but is this possibly a new chapter and way of looking at things for the BRS.

Even if they have no success you could applaud the attempt.

Good luck the two David's

negativenick.....surely thats the idea behind message 1. Its a start if it gets people to talk and be allowed to air their views regarding the Kochan issue and for genuine debate to take place. What was it originally that you thought the British Residents Society was for?. When I lived out there it was purely for information for newcomers to the TRNC. They ran a bookshop/library, went to events and outings and attended a couple of Balls. Why did you think they should have been there to solve the problems that occured after 2004 that nobody could have predicted would happen and be the experts in all things gone bad. Give it a chance at least and see what they have to say and how far they have got with their findings.
