Can anyone tell me if there is another market close by like the kyrenia market on wednesday, im coming out weds to weds and i love this market but will miss it, so are there any others like it on a different date?

If you are flying into Ercan try Erulku near Tiga Trading,can't tell you the days as they keep changing them :(

The same vendors at the Girne, Wednesday market are scattered around different Towns throughout the week however, I do not have the timetable. Others should be able to help you. Good luck and bargain with them!

Markets close around Kyrenia throughout the week are:

Weds - Soyz Bar, Çatalköy

Thurs - Açmenya Restaurant, Alsancak

Fri - Carpenters, Karaoğlanoğlu

Sat - Chateau Lambousa, Lapta

Sun - Soyz Bar, Çatalköy and Pembe Gül garden centre, Ozanköy



There is also one near to Ercan airport which is supposed to be good, near the villages (sorry don't know name but think it begins with 'V'!), take signs to Ercan and turn left before you get to the airport.

Guzelyurt have a good market on Saturday morning and Famagusta have a market but do not know what day this is on.

Nicosia has a market on Sunday mornings next to Ataturk stadium on the Famagusta Rd. Sell about the same stuff as Wed market in Girne.
