| Just like to thank Paul, Dan and Gwyn for their help on SUNDAY when my TV went down due a problem with my box. All delt with within the hour on a Sunday, at no cost, Imagine that in the UK. Thanks guys |

| Yes couldn't agree more. We are in our 2nd year with the OSN Premier Plus package. It was renewed no problem. |

| Generally speaking I have stopped posting on here simply because I am not keen on the way the forum is being used by some members. However when it comes to my dealings with Paul, Gwyn and Dan I am willing to break with that decision. If only everyone in TRNC gave the level of service that their company does the place would be better for it. On the occasions that I have encountered problems, and I hasten to add none of Arriva's making they have dealt with the matter promptly and thoroughly. Well done to you all. |

| Just to add to this, our internet went off last night so we left it until this morning to see if it was back on - it wasn't. I rang Gwyn at 10.50 to ask if the internet was down and as it wasn't she said she would contact Nethouse for us. Nethouse rang half an hour later to say an engineer would be with us shortly. He arrived at 11.35, replaced the box on the roof and the cable ( which had rotted due to the sun ) and got us back on line about 20 minutes later. We live at Esentepe so its a long way to come but the problem was fixed very quickly. So well done Gwyn and well done Nethouse. Thanks to both of you for your excellent service. |
