Hi as some of you know we have a 3 bed villa with pool in Yesiltepe and are having penthouse built at crystal bay marina, penthouse ready soon so time to let our wonderfull villa go. Had it now for 4 years every thing finished we have moutain water, electric in our name and the kocan.

Sorry not got back to you sooner, we are in cyprus at the moment so not on forum much. but we have a 3 double bed detached villa in Yesiltepe,with 1 on-suite and 1 guest shower room and 1 downstairs toilet. Its a modern L shaped villa with beautiful views down to the sea, it also has a custom built swimming pool, on that subject we also have a licence for a well so the issues of water would be covered, it has air-con in all rooms, marble fire place and marble floors, all white goods remain and furniture is negotiable, we have approached an estate agent this week and the pictures will go on line within the comming week.
