| message 1 go on explane to us why you cannot make bread in your bread maker without milk powder. its only there as an additive, bread is flour yeast or sourdough starter, water and salt. then options of a bit of sugar to feed the yeast and a drop of oil or butter to help it keep better another option change the water for milk it will do the same thing hope this helps |

| I make bread all the time though not in a bread maker and i have never used milk just warm water salt flour and yeast and a little sugar. Add oil if you want it to last a bit longer. |

| Illelli sell powdered milk - near the till area - you don't need to use powdered milk in the breadmaker though - you can use normal milk. |
