We have many uncollected Items that have been here for more than 6 months. If you do not collect them by Wednesday they will be sold. We are not a storage facility and need to be paid for our cleaning service. I called you and send you text messages many times...

Poor Nihan and Cetin they do a great job in their laundry then some folk dont pick their stuff up for months and leave them waiting for their money. After repeated phone calls this Mr Halil has still not come to collect and pay and its £100 he owes they cannot afford to lose this money.They have bills to pay too!

Thats what i said to her. She has asked him so many times and everyday he says i am coming tomorrow but he never does. She has no address for him either.

Why not get them to pay upfront. Some dry cleaners in the UK ask for the money upfront.



If there is a problem with the service they can have their money refunded. (if it's a valid complaint)

Very funny! But seriously it happens to them all the time. I have advised them to ask for deposit on large amounts or ask customers to pay up front but they dont like the idea of that not wanting to upset their customers. You can be too polite sometimes. But it seems to be the culture here get a job done and pay for it whenever or never.

really wanted the towels , next time this happens email me direct before posting , i will take the towels as long as theres no hotel crests on them , i wont be able to hang them out or take them to the pool , the neighbours will say i stole them , lmao .
