| always enjoy this when in Cyprus and just wondering if anyone else has any recomendations, i wondered what the local red was like,it seems a bit expensive compared to turkish wines. |

| There are several good wines that are sold in 3 and 5 litre boxes. 30TL for 5 Litres is a good price. |

| One of those sold in a box is a South African, Simmoney, it comes in red and sweet or dry white. Its great if you only want one or two glasses and keeps for a several weeks once opened. Alternatively Angora is another good easy drinking wine that comes to mind, but there are a number of nice wines that you can find and their temperature, when you open them over in NC, always seems to bring out their flavours that much better! | Kavak is disgusting!! You don't have to pay much more for something more palatable. |
