As customer service seems to be virtually non existent in TRNC I thought I should give praise where it is due.

I purchased some nuts in a sealed packet last week, they were well within date but rancid. I approached the Manager, Serdar who greeted me with a smile & offered my money back immediately without question.

Well done Karakum Lemar!!
