MUSIN M:

Until you have suffered from TRNC style 'justice', only then will you appreciate how so many cheated people feel.

TRNCvictim, am I allowed to ask, if you are back in the UK and hate NC so much, why keep torturing yourself by going on this site on a daily basis.

I understand you have suffered we all get it, but do we constantly want to read it, I for one don't, and it is not helping you emotionally getting involved all the time.

Isn't it time to bring some closure. X

TRNC - most of us understand your feelings, and your right to state them. Keep going. Without people like you there would be more victims.

you don't really get it do you. The number of expats and some locals who are being ripped off as I write, do not have closure on their terrible dilemmas. They cannot and will not bury their heads in the sand as though nothing has happened.

While the TRNC regime and its so called judiciary system carry on as they are doing to these people I would hope all in the TRNC never give closure until everyone gets fair justice.

TRNCvictim keep on fighting and let the world know.

You are definitely off topic! for which probably this thread should be closed! however if you don't want to read anything negative about the TRNC, why don't you start a new thread about how wonderful it is? you really don't have to constantly read my posts!

My closure will come in my own time, not what suits you sir/madam!

parkes82uk - When you lose your husband, lose your llife's savings you cannot just get over it. TRNCvictim is one of the most courageous lady's it is my honour to know. I will attribute the fact that you obviously are not familiar with the Gary Robb saga which is still ongoing, perhaps when they whole of the Aga Development victims get justice, there could be closure. I stand firmly by her side in her struggle just as she stands by my side. A little empathy and lot more knowledge of just what has gone on here, might just change your attitude.

Musim - you are a gentleman, a takes a real man to apologise and let me tell you, you apologised to a real

lady. Bless you xx

Msg 17: Clearly, you haven't got the faintest idea about the evil skulduggery that goes on here. When you, if ever, set up 'Dapper Dogs', be absolutely 100% assured you will find out!

Also, before again criticising already distressed victims of a lawless system, out of utter ignorance, a kindly piece of advice would be: 'Keep your own counsel until you are totally conversant with the circumstances!'

Does that mean that victims of the skulduggery in whatever country, should lay back and let the skulduggers walk all over them? and allow them to do it yet more victims!

As the UK Foreign Office said at one meeting with them they have had over 50,000 compaints about property scams in the TRNC!

Do you think we should all sit back and allow the corruption to carry on allowing more and more victims to become entangled in their web of lies?

You might not know if "this place" is worse than any other! just ask any of the 50,000 who have lost everything!

50,000 more than a slight exageration, you really need to keep a grip on reality.

There are a large amount of complaints but not 50,000 people that have lost everything as you so dramatically put it.

Some of the complaints are of the same ilk as yours where some people have lost out less than 10%.

The larger proportion of complaints are from people supporting those that have lost out and complaints about general lack of support from the UK Govt.

Information also came from the Foreign Office.

So you think I just lost out less than 10% where do you get this information from?

10% of what?

10% of complaints are from people who lost thier investment, a far cry from the exagerated figures you push.

However this does not mean it is right and yes the issue needs adressing but exagerating claims do not help your cause.

No where did I say I thought you lost only 10% I am fully aware of what you have gone through as you have posted it often enough in the past.

Yes you have my sympathy and that of others too but when you go beyond the realms of reality that sympathy starts to wane.

Perhaps you should tell David Liddington he was exaggerating not me?

And yes the issue does need addressing! for many victims 8 years is too long!

I will continue posting what I like! as often as I like in the future! I don't have to answer to you! if you don't want to read them "jog on"

I don't want your sympathy! sympathy does not help any future victims, they need to know the reality of the TRNC! so let your sympathy wane! because I'll keep shouting about the injustice there as long as it's necessary, whether I get on your nerves or not!

The Saint I think TRNC victim was talking about the whole of Cyprus and the first time the FCO told Pauline and Chris they should leave the island for their own safety, an overall figure of well in excess of 50,000 was quoted to her.

Dippersgirl, when you are facing thugs breaking into your villa or trying to run you over, you don't think

'oh that's okay because other people are being treated worse than this' Very easy to minimise anything when it isn't happening to you. Just like saying oh, they have just shot and killed one man in Huddersfiled but that's

okay because they shot 10 in Manchester. Clearly you lead a very nice life, care to swap with anyone on K5?

They are not a nuisance to me at all, far from it, she may be getting boring with the exagerations over the years they have got greater but that is about it.

Yes I am well aware of the figures maybe you should take your own advice and look deeper into the figures, locate brain, engage brain, think then comment.

The Saints There is nothing, in my opinion more smarmy than a smug Saint." locate brain, engage brain think then comment ", I suggest saint you take your own advice. I would also suggest you contact the FCO and tell them they are wrong and to be careful before they give out incorrect information to thick women like TRNC victim and Pauline Read.

This thread was started to apologise to the lady whose intelligence you are insulting.

Be careful saint your halo doesn't slip and choke you - what a loss that would be!!!

Msg 12 :"TRNC - most of us understand your feelings, and your right to state them. Keep going. Without people like you there would be more victims."

Let's be frank here. People were shouting from the rooftops about the property scams here as far back as five years ago. What happened to them? They got attacked from all sides and banned. People didn't want their dreams to be tarnished.

Some of the culprits who banished the whistle-blowers, and therefore collaborated in hundreds if not thousands of people being scammed, are members of this forum.

Zoots And still they do it. They do not want their comfortable lives interferred with. If this weekend AKfinans

do illegally evict the rest of the residents at K5, I can hear them saying 'oh how sad, get me another Gin and Tonic dear'

I am afraid that is just the way it is.

I won't give up because of posts like TheSaints! I obviously get up their nose

I have to shout from the rooftops, I don't want anyone to ever be where so many of us are now! the reasons maybe varied the outcome the same!

The culprits who banished us or don't like what they hear from us need to look at themselves! why would they want any future victims? It's in every one's interest to try to stop the corruption, and make Cyprus both North and South a better place for anyone to live in!

Any country that tarnishes dreams will end up a very tarnished country!

Not quite sure how this thread has diverted from being an apology by a member to being yet again an all on property debate. Lets not take anything away from Musin and if you cannot keep the thread on topic then at least post on an existing thread that is already running.

There is nothing wrong with a bit of diversion, it makes a more interesting read. Keep it up TRNCvictim, the more people know about it the less in number the victims must be come.
