I have been suffering from recurring neck and shoulder problems (over years not months). I thought I would put my skepticism to the side and try an alternative method of healing. So, I gave Handan a call. She practices the art of reiki healing. She also teaches via workshops and is a life coach.

Apart from being a lovely person, she has definately helped improve my ailments - so, for all you people who have niggling pains here and there - try something different because it worked for me.

You dunk a bit of cotton into raki/Zivania and put it in a glass. Set light to the cotton in the glass and position the glass upside down on to the affected area. Of course direct intake invariably has a more profound effect but It will make you feel better.
