I have a lovely, detached, small villa in Essentepe, N. Cyprus which I was thinking of selling and buying in England but due to the current housing slow down I won't be able to. So is there anybody out there, who has a small house / flat in England that they would like to sell (but can't) for the same reason who would be interested in a part exchange. I appreciate that the UK house will be more valuable so I will meet the difference in cash.
