Anyone interested in a pilates workshop? Complete beginners and all ages welcome.



The idea is a weekend workshop of 2 hours each day on Saturday and Sunday. Dates and costs to be finalised.

hi rocky , pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on

centering

alignment

breathing

control

precision

flowing movement

relaxation

ever been on a floor , with a room full of mostly middle aged women ? you don't want to , i just could'nt keep a straight face! the noises are unbelievable , gave up after about 6wks
