I had 2 great emails the other day, 1 telling me I had been offered a part time job - in the UK (quite specific) all I had to do was send in my CV (with all my details) and another from HSBC (whom I have one account with) saying due to failed log on attempts (cant remember the last time i logged on) my account it had been blocked and to get this fixed all I needed to do was download a form and email back and the problem will be instantly solved or I could go to my branch and fill in a form (which would take several days to rectify the problem).



Luckily I did neither of these things marked it as a phishing scam and sent it on its way to the hotmail people.



Its scary to think how many people may actually fall for such scams

Over the years I have had no many of these wonderful offers - solle survivor of a family I didn't know I had and due lots of dosh; business propositions where I was chosen as someone special, except the e mail as to 'undisclosed recipients' (plural); lottery wins where I have to pay out as message 13; and for a while I kept all these, but there was so many they were taking up too muchof my hard drive - but the message is that were these genuine I would now be a billionaire - almost a multi billionaire.



goodness knows the mentality of these folk whose offers are based on the one factor in human nature that oculd make them succeed - greed. I will just continue with ERNIE and the Lotto. Funny I never get any great funds from them!

I am very lucky, I used to get them from Nigeria and Spain before the internet, as a letter. The world is full of nice people.
