I have just been made power of attorney over my daughters flat in Kyrenia for its sale. I went to Unsal Gurok the noter by the telephone exchange, he typed a letter, which I emailed to her, for her to take the consulate in Bedford Square, it was done straight away and cost £25. I have to have the original so that is being brought out next week. Quite easy really.
