I'm pretty sure there's a man at Lambousa market that does clock repairs. I think he lives in Lapta.

Best if you take the clock to Des Roberts [Certified Watchmaker & Repairer] at Chateau Lambousa market - he mans his stall every Saturday morning - very helpul and obliging, with reasonable charges.
