You would use a burning program like Nero, which you can download as a trial for 21 days. Its quite easy, you just drag what ever songs you want. Hope this helps.

You have to set the gap between tracks to zero seconds in Nero otherwise it will default to two seconds. But better to mix the two tracks as per Zuzu's advice.

Before you burn check the settings of the software your using; most settings have 3 seconds between songs but you can change this to zero settings, but remember this will happen throughout the CD, you wont be able to have just a couple of songs joined together it would make all the songs joined together. What software are you using to burn the CD? i tunes for example give you this option before you burn the disc. Hope this helps.

Meerkat, I think there are ways around that by recording as a Multisession and only closing it off after all tracks have been recorded..

like i said, Groucho, it will depend on the software. Hence why I asked what software is being used.

When you have put the music in you want just go to settings and take the two second gap off.

not trying to be clever here but i don't think any of you are right.............you need an mp3 joiner to join the songs first.ie : http://www.allfreevideoconverter.com/freemp3joiner/index.html

THEN burn the joined file using ashampoo or whatever

I would use NERO or ITUNES but as steveafc says maybe it wont join just 2 songs. Yes they are MP3 songs which are already on my pc.

Steve,

If they want to fade one in as one fades out, they will need to mix them.

Furryfriends - itunes is really easy for you to burn discs on and would definitely recommend something simple like that if you are not wanting to download new stuff.

When you have made your playlist on itunes, put in the disc and it will give you the option to burn disc (which I am sure you know already if you have done it before...). Before itunes starts to put the songs on the disc, it will give you some options - one of the options being the time between songs - I think it will show there is 2/3s between each song but you can change this to continuous.

I am still not sure if you are trying to just link 2 songs together and the rest as normal - if this is the case then you cannot do this on itunes unfortunately....yet!

If you do want to find a way to join up 2 songs on thier own, the easiest way i would suggest is to waste one of the discs you have and burn the two songs to the disc, then put that song back onto your itunes as one song - then burn again. Does that make sens

This is getting a tad complicated. Message 11....an error, only 1 song is already on my pc, the otherone is on a CD.

Maybe easier if I take to a shop and they do it for me?

This error can be easily averted...

The song you want from the cd - just pop this in your computer. And 'import' the cd to itunes (this means its putting the songs from that cd onto your computer). If you don't want the other songs from the cd, you are able to choose the 1 song you want just by unticking the songs you dont want.

This will mean you have the two songs on your computer.
