Friends coming out to Northern Cyprus missed their plane due to a horrific multiple vehicle accident on the M11.

When they got to Stanstead,3 hours late, they went to the Pegasus booking stand and were re-booked to fly out tomorrow afternoon without charge.

Well done Pegasus.

Have used them occasionally but will definitely try and book with them again.

I have always flown Pegasus and have never had a problem (except hand luggage ) And yet when i wanted to change a flight on British Airways they wanted 160 euros !! It took them all of two minutes on the computer !! No bad money for two minutes work .

Arrry your talking 2 different issues. You wanted to change your flight, which whether we like it or not there has always been a charge. Yesterdays incident affected all people trying to get in and out of Stanstead airport, maybe even the crews of airlines.

When my friends mother was taken seriously ill and admitted to hospital, Pegasus held the two seats open until our friends were able to fly out with us the following year, at no additional cost!

It was a terrible accident yesterday. So glad they were aware of what happened & dealt with it assisting passengers with compassion & understanding. well done Pegasus for helping your customers.

I must say that a couple of years ago similar happened to friends of mine, they missed a CTA flight from Stanstead to Ercan because of snow and they were given seats on the next flight FOC

Pegasus will change tickets with little or no charge if you purchase a flexi fare which is valid for a year.

Recently heard from them that they are going to refund the money we paid for the seats that we never got because they sat someone else in them. We shall see!
