If true, I hope that the fools who did that will be discharged after a long time in the glasshouse!

The irony is, "Superglue" was invented as a means of closing wounds quickly during the Vietnam War...But the perpetrators should be immediately " Courts Marshalled"and Discharged.....

That's awful, I feel sick reading it - what the hell is the army doing recruiting neanderthal, knuckle dragging, inadequate dysfunctional morons to 'serve' this country, when they clearly don't have the brains they were born with. They should be put in prison for at LEAST twenty years. Whether or not the young soldier has permanent eye damage, he should sue them for all they are worth and more.......he will clearly be traumatised for who knows how long - the army should do all they can to support him and the perpetrators should be named and shamed.

What an insult to the girl's family and her memory. I will NEVER understand how life doesn't mean life. Why would anyone hesitate to abuse or rape or murder any woman or man, when they know they will get away with it..........madness

Also, to say their sentences were shorter than one would expect, was in part, because they were drunk - UNbelievable..........so now, as long as you are drunk, that's alright then, no personal responsibility will be required, it is all the fault of the booze............
