Upstairs - 2 bedrooms , large open plan lounge and fitted kitchen, shower room, very large balcony ( 2.5 x 9 m approx )



There is a small courtyard type area to rear of property and a covered carport for 1 car at the side of the property.



Also I have a plot of land ( currently used as a garden ) opposite the property - this is also for sale - it is just under 1/2 donum .



I have title deeds in my name.
